Easy to find, friendly staff, located near the train station—just show your QR code to have it scanned, drop off your luggage, and take a photo. When picking up your luggage, scan the QR code to retrieve it.P

Everything went smoothly, quickly and seamlessly, both dropping off and picking up my luggage after pre-booking. I liked that I didn't have to stash my large suitcase in any locker; I simply handed it to the employee and that was it. It's also convenient that the location has virtually barrier-free access; there are no stairs or steps, just one very low step. The location's long opening hours, with no breaks during the day, are also very convenient.A

Excellently located near the airport bus stop, staff was extremely helpful and polite :)
Many thanks as well to the helpdesk for immediately proposing another storage location when the initial one was closed on that day!H

I went to pick up a package at this collection point and had to leave my purchases and package behind to go somewhere else. I thought it was a brilliant idea to leave them there and pick them up later.
The woman on duty was kind and helpful, even though I don't speak Spanish.
I highly recommend it.J

Staff were very welcoming on arrival and made me feel at ease.
I ound this location very handy for me to jump the bus back to the airport. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Puerta Del Mar.
It was easy to book the bags online to ensure storage. Please note that there is a "lunch" time so please check this before booking.R
