One employee told me the shop was closed at the time I had booked. I then decided not to walk away, other employees told me it was there. As I insisted to the rude, fat man at the truck loading exit, he lead me to the storage I had shown him, of which he knew the location, to prove me wrong. When I tried and it worked, he helped with the suitcase and I tried to shove in my bag myself, he decided to help and brushed his hand on my thigh and didn't apologize. You should update the photo on the ad.
