Easy to find. Nice a friendly. Simple (just take a picture of your bag to show them)

Experience was good. The location received (for drop-off) was very accurate, and the process was easy.

Excellent service and a very friendly owner. The process was hassle-free: just walk in, show the Radical Storage code to scan, and the owner takes you to a secure room where your luggage is well kept. The only issue is the booking website doesn't clearly indicate which specific storefront to look for among several at the same address. We accidentally went to the wrong store first, but the right one was right next door. Highly recommend for an easy luggage drop-off!

Handig en betrouwbaar maar kon wat klantvriendelijker.

Friendly staff. Good facility. Secure location. Close to Köln Hbf. Easy to find. Overall a great service to help me see Köln in a day without worrying about luggage.

Very easy to book online and set desired times. Location was very convenient to Köln Hbf. Service was good at the location with very rapid acceptance of items and fast pick ups. Secure facility. Happy staff. Overall very satisfied with the experience and service. Many thanks as meant we could explore the city without worrying about our luggage throughout the day.
