Luggage Storage Berlin Railway Station

finding the storage was not easy but ok. getting bags in was easy.
the big problem was to get the bags out, we never received the code to get them out (yes, I checked the spam folder) and missed our train to the airport. it was very stressful. in the end Lam from the online support help us and solved the problem.

At firts I've got code to put in a luggage to the box. I did not work to take it out. It took me some time. Then I contacted help desk and got a new code. It was very stresfull and I nearly missed my train.

Bag was safe, need to check locker location number as there are more than one location at Berlin Central Station.
