Booking was easy, location was fine but would have preferred exact location before booking. Price was fine. The hotel is set up for automatic check-in, so no staff were available when I arrived or when I collected my bags. I had to wait several minutes for staff to appear, after which they were friendly and helpful.H

Da' Rafaelle Pizza was our luggage drop off location in Zurich, Switzerland. Convenient to the main train station, Rafaella the owner greeted us, carried the luggage up the flight of stairs, and efficiently handled our transaction. We stored our luggage on a weekday afternoon into early evening. It was all very easy. This was our first time temporarily storing luggage and the process went much better than ever expected! The staff were very friendly and helpful.T

Good option to store you luggage. It needs to be self dragged upstairs however, as there is no lift. And opens a little late, by 11 AM.C

El lugar está muy cerca del aeropuerto. Aunque los trabajadores en el mostrador desconocen el servicio y al final te dan un ticket del hotel.
Por otra parte la maleta la gustaron bien y no hubo problema en la recuperación.C

Hi, I had a great and super smooth experience. The proprietor was awesome, she came a couple of minutes early. I managed to get my Ship for the "Große Seerundfahrt" at the Bürkliplatz 11:20 with a few minutes to spare. Wonderful day, and I didn't have to carry any luggage, yay!き
