Windsor & Eton Central is one of two main train stations serving Windsor, connecting the town to the rest of Berkshire and beyond. The serving train station is just a tiny part of this impressive building, the majority of which is now a shopping center targeted towards tourists. Windsor Royal Station offers a fantastic array of shopping and dining options in the heart of the town.
If you’re finished shopping and have seen the best sights in the town (not forgetting Windsor Castle!), you can take a train to other locations around Berkshire and the South of England, including the business hub of Slough. There are trains every 20 minutes to get to Slough, and the journey takes only 6 minutes!
