Our experience was really positive. I was on a school trip with over 20 kids, all with 23 kg cases… Mr SIMMs was lovely and helped us enormously.. my case broke and he let me open it and try to fix it without worrying about his customers … very helpful and if we go back to Windsor we shall certainly use him again! To begin with we thought it was a little strange to be leaving our luggage in a shop, but when we got there the owner was so lovely and we were happy to leave our belongings there. We were reassured that our luggage was left in a secure locked room. They were also really accommodating when we booked to add more bags than originally thought.
All in all a smooth experience that got rid of any worry.H

I booked five bags in for 10 am til 5 30 pm.
The lady was there at the shop at 10 am and took the bags into the back of the shop..
We picked them up about 5pm.

Am Tag des Rückflug haben wir uns entschieden, die letzten Stunden unseres London-Trips auf Windsor Castle zu verbringe. Daher waren wir gezwungen unser Gepäck in Windsor unterzubringen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und der Laden sehr nah an Windsor Castle. Es hätte besser beschreiben sein können, dass es sich um eine Candy-Shop im eigentlichen Sinne handelt. Preis-Leistung is natürlich völlig überzogen, aber das ist an solchen Orten normal. Ich würde meine Koffer wieder dort abgeben.G
