A very positive experience. The app is easy to use. Everything was sorted in just a few minutes. My luggage was stored at a ‘tabacchino’ – a tobacconist’s – just a stone’s throw from Olbia station; the person who welcomed me took a photo of my luggage after scanning the QR code on my receipt. The tobacconist’s is near Corso di Olbia and less than a 10-minute walk from the port.N

Location was quick and easy to find, even though we arrived early the lovely lady had no issues with taking our luggage in early and the process was very smooth and stressless! Once we were ready to collect; the lady actually remembered us and jumped straight in to retrieving for us! Very helpful, quick service and in a perfect location in the city centre. Reasonable price. There are no lockers, but there is a locked basement room where luggage is kept safe. It isn’t self-service, but is located at the reception of a building with self-catering flats. You have to look around a bit to figure out which building it is; there are no signs or labels as it’s on the ground floor of the apartment block. On the downside, it isn’t open 24 hours a day because there’s no automated system. On the plus side, because luggage is stored on shelves, you can leave an extra item from a bag (a bag, a jacket or something else).L
