The shop is conveniently located near Chatelet Les Halles, is easy to find with the directions given. The owner was friendly and efficient and the process was straightforward. Lugage was returned safely.

Easy delivery and pick-up, friendly people, close to the ferry terminal. 

The location was a 5 minute walk away from the train station. The guy at the entrance was super nice. The bags are not stored in a locker but in a storage room, so you won’t risk having it malfunction. 10/10 experience
