It was a seamless process! We found the location, the staff took photos of our luggage before storing them, and then we were on our way to explore Florence! It was also very easy to add more bags to your reservation, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great service. Very courteous staff. The business opens at 11 am and closes fairly late. This came in very handy as we arrived 1 hour late from our scheduled 5 pm pick up due to the train traffic and New Year crowd. Staff was courteous throughout entire process. Highly recommend.
