Polite but not punctual

I left my bag at 11.00 and was supposed to pick it up before 5. I was told that they would be closed later than that but it was fine since I wanted to catch the 4:10 or 4:25 bus to the airport. So I showed up at 3:45 to avoid any problems. There was nobody there. I had to call an italian number on the door and finally somebody showed up and I received my bags 15 minutes later. No big deal.
