Was so simple, paid online then arrived at the nominated place. All very straightforward!

Maybe if the shop had better signage or an updated photo to see the shop clearly then that would help, and maybe update the lin on the property, other than that, its a 2 min walk from the tube station and close to all attractions bars, hotels etc

A bit confusing to find the entrance but a very safe place to leave belongings, we left our luggage, to communicate we had to do it by phone, as a suggestion would be to leave a contact number to be able to communicate better, thank you very much.

Un poco confuso encontrar la entrada pero un lugar muy seguro para dejar pertenencias, dejamos nuestro equipaje, para comunicarnos tuvimos que hacerlo por teléfono, como sugerencia sería dejar un número de contacto para poder comunicarnos mejor, muchas gracias

Good service, super easy and comfortable. I add as a reference that the luggage storage place is here. I was able to communicate with the person by call and WA from the app.

Overall a very good experience. It’s a little bit hard to find the location but if you ask the workers there on the 2nd floor even if they don’t speak English they will show you where to go.
