Very friendly personnel of the pie store even offering us a pie for free at luggage handover.
One should keep in mind though that the location is on the opposite side of the Utrecht old town. With luggage, it is rather 10 minutes walk. One needs to plan a bit more time to go onto the other side of the Centraal station to pick up the luggage in case your main purpose is to visit the old town without pulling your luggage behind you on cobblestone stone paths.S

Excellent service, we stored the bags for 20 days, had to add one more which was easily done. The bags were safe, the place easy to find and with good available hours and close to central station. The owner was very kind and nice.M

The luggage storage spot is located at a bicycle rental shop. All you need to do is walk right into the shop, speak with the owner, and the drop-off process is very quick and easy. The owner is very nice! The shop closes at 6:00 PM, so you can drop off and pick up your luggage anytime before closing.S
