Great service picking up and dropping off. It takes seconds with the QR code in your email. I was able to drop luggage for a week while trekking through the mountains so I could pack light and still have clothes to wear when my trip hit a less austere mode. My luggage was secure, the location is very short walk from Trento's main train station, the hotel concierge both times was attentive, kind, and helpful. Drop-off and pickup combined couldn't have taken more than 2 minutes. I was a little apprehensive about it, but having used the service, I'd recommend it to everyone.D

Incredible service. The location is a very short walk from Trento's main train station, so it's convenient. The hotel concierge was kind and attentive for pickup and drop-off. It took mere seconds with the QR code from the email, Our bags were safe and secure white we trekked through the Dolomites and I had decent clothes waiting after when I was traveling in a less austere way. I would suggest using this service for anyone who needs to travel lighter for a day or a week or longer.A

Perfect. Located very close to the Trento train station, easy to get to. The staff were quick and helpful. There isn’t a dedicated locker, but there were no security concerns, and it wasn’t an issue for us since our main purpose was simply to store our luggage while we explored the city. The BRT-affiliated location is open 24/7. Highly recommended.D
