Great service picking up and dropping off. It takes seconds with the QR code in your email. I was able to drop luggage for a week while trekking through the mountains so I could pack light and still have clothes to wear when my trip hit a less austere mode. My luggage was secure, the location is very short walk from Trento's main train station, the hotel concierge both times was attentive, kind, and helpful. Drop-off and pickup combined couldn't have taken more than 2 minutes. I was a little apprehensive about it, but having used the service, I'd recommend it to everyone.D

Incredible service. The location is a very short walk from Trento's main train station, so it's convenient. The hotel concierge was kind and attentive for pickup and drop-off. It took mere seconds with the QR code from the email, Our bags were safe and secure white we trekked through the Dolomites and I had decent clothes waiting after when I was traveling in a less austere way. I would suggest using this service for anyone who needs to travel lighter for a day or a week or longer.A

Perfetta. Punto vicinissimo alla stazione di Trento, facile da raggiungere. Persone rapide, disponibili. Non c'e' un locker dedicato ma nessun problema di sicurezza e non era per noi un problema rispetto allo scopo principale della mera custodia bagagli mentre giravamo per la Citta'. Apertura non stop del sito convenzionato con BRT. ConsigliatissimoD
