Easy to find a location and book/pay online. Was then sent a code for the storage place to scan and send the address for the storage location. We had to wait a bit at drop off for someone to come and attend to us/check in our luggage, but other than that it went smoothly.A

Egy kicsit késett a lefoglalt időponthoz képest, de telefonon tudtuk tartani a kapcsolatot és nagyon kedves volt! Kárpótlásul kaptunk egy-egy hűsítő italt ami nagyon jól esett! És külön jó, hogy amíg a szállásunkat nem tudtuk átvenni addig van hová lerakni a csomagot, hogy nyugodtan tudjunk strandolni!O

Location was quick and easy to find, even though we arrived early the lovely lady had no issues with taking our luggage in early and the process was very smooth and stressless! Once we were ready to collect; the lady actually remembered us and jumped straight in to retrieving for us! Would defo use again and recommend to anyone having difficulties finding where to store their luggage after an early flight and can’t check into accom until much later! Thank youA

The app took my money twice. First time it said it didn’t process and the n I did it again to which I did get the details to store my cases but after I got home they charged my twice on two different cards! The staff at the storage place were really nice and helpful and that’s why I’ve gave this 4 stars. Not happy about being charged twice and had I known, I would have handed in 2 hand luggage as well instead of carrying them about for 7 hours whilst waiting in my flight. Perhaps the staff taking the cases should check how many have been charged for and let the customers know before leaving the store but is this more of a training issue or a common sense issue? The staff were very nice people but something to think about to stop this happening to other customers.F

Dépôt et récupération des bagages sans aucun problème. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la gare de Torremolinos, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement et rapidement l’aéroport. La personne en charge est très réactive et agréable.E
