Everything was fine except for two things. The first is that I went a day before to ask if I could leave the suitcase early, I had stipulated delivery at 13h and I wanted to leave it at 10, I went to ask directly as in the app they had a schedule, in Google another and in the store itself a different one. They told me that yes, at 10am they would be there to receive my luggage. Well, the next day I showed up there with my luggage and the store was closed.... I had to manage with the suitcase for 3 hours, luckily I was able to solve... The second thing is that when they received my suitcase they left it right at the door of the store, unattended, anyone could have appeared and taken it away and no one in the establishment would have noticed. That made me a little uneasy, fortunately nothing bad happened and the service went as planned.

Todo bien excepto por dos cosas. La primera es que fui un día antes a preguntar si podría dejar antes de tiempo la maleta, tenía estipulada la entrega a las 13h y quería dejarla a las 10, fui a preguntar directamente ya que en la app tenían un horario, en Google otro y en la propia tienda otro diferente. Me dijeron que sí, que a las 10am estarían para recibir mi equipaje. Bien, pues al día siguiente me planto allí con mi equipaje y el local cerrado... Tuve que apañarnelas con la maleta 3h por ahí, menos mal que pude solucionar... La segunda es que cuando me recibieron la maleta la dejaron justo en la puerta del local, sin vigilancia ninguna, podría haber aparecido cualquiera y llevársela que nadie del establecimiento lo iba a notar. Eso me dio un poco de intranquilidad, afortunadamente nada malo pasó y el servicio fue según lo previsto.

- I had some issues locating the provider (due to problem of Apple map), customer service is quick to respond 
- suggestion: allow user to choose app instead of defaulting to Apple map. I have been having issues with Apple map in multiple situations
