suprise, a restaurant.. during retrieval the host waiting for us, even though the place already closed

Everything was fine, except finding the place - the Japanese use a different alphabet, and the description lacked information that it was a restaurant on the first floor of the building.

Wszystko było w porządku, poza odnalezieniem miejsca - Japończycy korzystają z innego alfabetu, a w opisie zabrakło informacji, że jest to restauracja na parterze budynku.

The experience was seamless, and it worked out GREAT!!

Awesome service. Saved us on a 35 degree day in Nippori when every luggage locker in town was full.
