The actual drop off and pick up of luggage was fine, but the location was tagged/described as a 'hotel' in the Radical Storage system, where it was actually a tiny EziMart convenience store. Locations should be properly tagged/described so that people can make more informed decisions about where they feel comfortable leaving their luggage. Hotels usually have formal luggage storage systems which may factor into people's decisions. Again though, we had no issues with dropping and collecting luggage from the EziMart 'hotel'!

It’s not a hotel but a convenience store. Staff there is not friendly at all. The storage place looks quite messy and not clean. I wouldn’t store there another time.
