It's the second time I've used it, the first time in Bilbao and now in Italy. It is very comfortable and practical.

You download the app and make a reservation. I did it right there.
The guy takes your bags, takes a photo of them and keeps them for you.

Though feedback email even before the pickup scared us, the chat based support helped to us to verify the luggage was intact. Finding the place was easy as you have to take left and walk straight from the station. Easy to walk to city center from the storage too. Overall good experience.

My storage location was the Club Hotel near Central Station. I arrived, showed them the code and they stored my luggage correctly labelled, in a room to which only the staff had access. When I went back to retrieve it, they immediately gave it to me and it was all in perfect condition. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. At all times and instantly, I received information from Radical Storage to my e-mail (when I made the reservation, when I delivered the luggage and when I picked it up), a great service, I personally prefer it to the automatic lockers.

El lugar de almacenaje que me tocó es el Hotel Club cerca de la Estación Central. Llegué, les enseñé el código y guardaron mi equipaje correctamente etiquetado, en una sala a la que solo podía acceder el personal. Cuando volví a recuperarlo, enseguida me lo dieron y estaba todo en perfecto estado. El personal hablaba inglés y fueron muy amables. En todo momento y al instante, me llegaba información de Radical Storage a mi e-mail (cuando formalicé la reserva, cuando entregué el equipaje y cuando lo recogí).Un gran servicio, personalmente lo prefiero a los casilleros automáticos.

Location was great, just out of the london bridge train station doors.  Easy drop off and pick up and nice little souvenir shop at the same time.  Would defo use again.

I kept my luggage there while staying in Krakow. Everything went smoothly — my luggage was kept safe and nothing was missing. Special thanks to the staff as well: when I came to collect my bags, they kindly let me repack.

It is difficult to deposit large suitcases in coin lockers in the city, and this one is cheaper and closer to the central station, so I highly recommend it for large suitcases.

I had booked a luggage compartment. It was very straightforward and quick. Unfortunately, our Flixbus didn't run and we had to take an earlier train. We were therefore unable to use the luggage compartment. We were able to cancel the compartment on the same day and received a full refund within 3 minutes.

Ich hatte ein Gepäckraum reserviert. Das ging sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Leider ist unser Flixbus nicht gefahren und wir mussten doch einen früheren Zug nehmen. Deshalb konnten wir das Gepäckfach nicht verwenden. Wir konnten das Fach noch am selben Tag stornieren und haben innerhalb von 3 Minuten den vollen Preis zurückbekommen.

Good place to leave luggage near the central station. We went with suitcases and backpacks and I made us a good price. The location is a bit further forward than Google Maps (photos attached).

This is such a great service! I had a 2 am flight, which is not unusual in South America, and since I had to checkout of my Airbnb by 11 am I needed a place to store my luggage for the day. Julian saved me from having to lug multiple bags around with me all day. I was a little skeptical at first because when I walked by the address it was a residential business., but after I made an inquiry online, Julian promptly reached out and we made arrangements to drop off my bags. He met me at the door of the building, took photos of my bags, and was very flexible with my pick up time. Thank you Julian!

Easy drop off and pickup at the Thin Cafe. The staff had luggage ready.  Great overall experience.

This was my first time using this service. The website application is very easy to use and I found the location conveniently. There is a small sign on the frontage of the shop so I knew I was in the right place. I asked The staff member behind the counter and they acknowledged I was in the right place. They checked over my details on my phone. We both took a photo of my luggage and then they took it off to be secured.

After a few hours, I came back within my allotted time and collected the bag nice and easy. It had been taken care of, and there wasn’t anything missing or damaged. 100% would use again.

All was easy and very efficient in dropping off case and picking it up. Recommend this service.
