Staffs are REALLY helpful and nice!! She helped me to go to the other side of the office when my cab was missing the pickup point after I dropped my luggage.
Then when I picked up my super big luggage, another staff helped carrying it down because it was raining.

I used the service during the daytime to go through the country. Although I arrived at the place earlier than reservation time, the staff kindly kept my luggage. She was very nice person which made the experience satisfying. The storage located on the second floor and I couldn't find the elevator, I had to use the stairs but it was ok. Highly recommended!C
