The receptionist first did not know that they are working with Radical Storage - after asking his manager .. all went ok

Great booking experience but I did not notice that the storage facility is on the 2nd floor...

The storage facility does not have an elevator and no one helped us bring our 20kg luggage. We had to drag it on the stairs...

Great business idea, please make place at harbourfront too
