This place was so easy to get to from central station. You take the Metro train to Gadigal statio. Head to the Park St exit then turn left when you exit. Go towards the lights then turn right and cross the road. The place is then right in front of you. It's on the corner of Park St and Castlereagh St. You can't miss it. Drop off and pick up only took 30 seconds. It was so easy and it cost me $10.65 for 1 suitcase. I'd definitely use them again. 10/10.

The guys who picked up our bags were super nice, however, our assigned pick up point was Cafe Iqus, and it was closed when we arrived despite having the reservation, so I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with them. Close to Evita Museum and a convenient spot to store luggage during a 4 hour stopover at AEP which is 15 minutes away by taxi. Julian was very friendly and welcoming and coped with my ever changing timetable with flexibility and good cheer. Very good English too! Thank you.

Hello, query, I need to store 11 boxes the measures of each box is 30x40x23 cm from 5 February to 7 February 10 am approximately, are inputs for dialysis, what happens is that one of the people who accompanies us is performed this treatment and the boxes are sent a couple of days before our arrival, would go to leave them a transport company and we remove us after. please confirm if this is possible to make the reservation by the app as if they were 11 suitcases.

The luggage locker we had booked was closed...radical storage was very responsive and found us another locker in the neighbourhood in less than 5 minutes 👍

The service was really easy and impeccable. I managed to book the storage with just few clicks, so the process was so simple. Upon paying, I was given the address which in my case was a hotel. The staff there was so kind and helpful and I had no problem finding the property or communicating with the staff. I liked the fact that the booking procedure gave me an option of timing the storage which cost less or the other option of a whole day storage which cost just a couple of euros more. My experience was satisfying and I can definitely recommend the app which I will undoubtedly use in the future.

I needed to drop my large bag somewhere for a few hours prior to taking a train from Charing Cross Station. I booked online with Radical Storage and dropped my bag in a few hours later. The 'handover' was seamless once I showed the ticket on my smartphone and when I called back about four hours later the bag was produced instantly. A very efficient service and a relatively inexpensive fee. Recommended.
