The location was easy to find, which made dropping off and collecting our luggage quick and hassle-free. Having a secure place to store our bags allowed us to enjoy the day without carrying them around.
The main issue we experienced was with the booking confirmation. The app did not send us an email confirmation after the booking was made, which made it difficult to quickly access and verify our reservation when we arrived. It would be helpful if confirmation emails were sent automatically to make the process smoother and more reassuring for customers.
Overall, the storage location was convenient and served its purpose well, but improvements to the booking confirmation system would enhance the customer experience.”M

“Good storage facility and I didn't face any issue. I was initially worried a bit because my luggage and my laptop bag was left in some business' office openly in a corner (with no locker facility). But the folks were nice people and they didn't touch my luggage. I got back late at night and collected my bags and it was in the same corner as I left it. So overall, I'm happy with the outcome. But I do hope they add some kind of lockers in the future that adds a little ease of mind to their customers.”The global network
