The staff are welcoming and very thorough in providing you with the few but useful pieces of information you need to leave your luggage in their care. You will be given an elastic label with a number to put on your suitcase and a paper tag with the same number for reference at reception. Once you have taken the lift to the bar floor, the staff will open it for you with their key so that you can leave your luggage in a room with many shelves, and it is there that you will return at the appointed time to collect it.
