“So easy and convenient. We stored our luggage at a nearby hotel that was open 24/7. It allowed us to use our time more efficiently while sightseeing and not having to backtrack to drop our luggage at our hotel. I would highly recommended. Very secure and safe.”C

“There was a slight challenge upon arrival, the website had said I only needed to show this odd square barcode type thing so I took a screenshot of it, but at the location they said they needed to see the actual email, which meant having to get the laptop out at the store to do that... but once it was done it was a great relief to have somewhere safe to leave the bags when you have to check out of your room 7 hours before the flight check-in! I got to enjoy a great and relaxing last day at the beach thanks to these guys. Really helpful friendly staff, would definitely go again. So just make sure to take a screenshot of the entire email before you get there, it'll be much easier!”M

“It was a great service. I could spend a whole day in exploring San Diego without worrying about luggage. Dropped it at this hotel location near airport and picked it few minutes before heading to airport. The bag was handled well. It had some sensitive items but no damages occurred.”N

“I was sus initially, but learned this was at a reputable hotel and the staff was very helpful, courteous and not dismissive (an initial fear of storing bags at a hotel I’m not staying at). Would definitely recommend this location and the service by radical storage.”C
