Great and friendly service. Cases were stored in the back and they took pics before as part of the service. Easy to do and only booked 10 mins before and no trouble picking them up when collecting.J

Everything went well, and the staff were friendly. What I didn't like was that my drop-off point was a supermarket, but they told me to leave my bags at a general store next door, and the owner left my two suitcases at the entrance, in plain sight of everyone, as if they were for sale alongside his other merchandise. I left feeling very worried and was on edge all day.J

Excellent!
I was expecting a ticket booth, but it's a supermarket that offers luggage storage.
You leave everything there and explore the city.
All good!P

This luggage storage is in the back of a supermarket and around 100m from the taxi rank in Plaza de Europa. It is next to Olivers restaurant, convenient for dinner before picking up our bags. The luggage appeared to be stored securely and the staff were good to deal with.N
