Everything pretty good. Very quick check in and check out. Only as a small thing we were told that it was better if we picked up our luggage around 7-7:30 pm while at the time of booking we had indicated pickup at 8 pm. However nothing in particular. Overall very good experience.

Tutto abbastanza bene. Check-in e checkout rapidissimi. Solo come piccola cosa ci è stato detto che era meglio se prendevamo i bagagli verso le 19-19.30 mentre al momento della prenotazione avevamo indicato il ritiro alle 20.00. Comunque nulla di particolare. In generale esperienza molto buona.

Convenient service at fair prices. In our case, it was a small souvenir store in the Vatican area, and our bags (2) were placed just behind the cash register amidst the merchandise for sale. We would have appreciated it more if this facility had dedicated storage space.

Servizio comodo a prezzi onesti. Nel nostro caso si è trattato di un negozietto di souvenir in zona Vaticano e le nostre valigie (2) sono state appoggiate appena dietro la cassa in mezzo al materiale in vendita. Avremmo gradito di più se questa struttura avesse avuto uno spazio dedicato al deposito.

Slightly concerned initially that I needed to queue up at the Vatican with the crowds, but this wasn't the case, and when I found the location, it was really easy.

Luggage storage service used for the 1st time (in Rome). Very practical, for example, when you want to continue sightseeing after leaving your hotel and before catching your plane... optimizes your visiting time.

Service de consigne de bagages utilisé pour la 1ère fois (sur Rome). Très pratique par exemple quand on veut continuer à visiter après avoir quitté son hôtel et avant de reprendre l'avion... permet d'optimiser son temps de visite.
