Everything was easy - from booking to drop off and picking up the bags. However only thing to improve is the picture of the location. It was a small shop with no signages, which I was confused, thinking that it’s the wrong shop.

Waiting time to return the suitcase - 15 minutes. That's a lot.

Excellent service: fast, knowledgeable and courteous.
