Radical Storage provided a lower cost storage option and a guaranteed availability (storage lockers were expensive and potentially not available when needed and not central so we used Radical Storage), booking was easy, storage location was central and the staff were easy to deal with. Very happy :)J

Great experience from ease of booking, chat support when I had a question and the drop off and pick up process. I read lots of reviews of different places and chose this one. Very good service. Only issue was poor signage but once we found unit all good. This baggage storage is in a beauty salon with only an A4 sign. However good service and all as advertised.T

Super easy to book, great central location with convenient opening hours to allow early drop off and late pickup if needed so you can leave your luggage all day and not have to worry. The staff were friendly and the process was very smooth, would definitely recommend if secure hotel storage isn't an option where you're staying!K

The booking experience was easy. Unfortunately, you do not get an address until you have made the reservation. We would have preferred an address a bit more central. Also, the Salon was late opening and we were waiting outside for awhile hoping someone would show up. The location was small and our luggage was actually stored in one of the treatment rooms. Taxi was not able to drop off directly in front of the location and had to haul our luggage for a block due to construction. Rate 3.5/5 starsA
