“Exactly what we needed - a secure place near the Gare Central/Reims to hold our bags until our departure. The shop associate took extra care to explain the security measures they take, and that a different associate would be there for our scheduled pick up to anticipate any concerns might have had.”A

“Very convenient bag-drop at Relax Shop as no baggage store is available at the train station.
We arrived early by train but were unable to check into our appartment until 4pm and this was preferable to lugging our cases around the city all day.
Easy to book online, easy to add extra bag, fair price for 5hrs luggage store. The girl in the shop was lovely and explained the process.
Would recommend and would use again.”N
