I was a bit skeptical at first because of a few bad reviews and therefore "only" chose one hotel! picked out. I wouldn't have chosen any other address! But at this hotel in Düsseldorf near Oststrasse station everything worked out SUPER. Very nice lady at the reception. The two suitcases were placed in a separate room and they were just as untouched when I picked them up. Many thanks

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch wegen ein paar schlechter Bewertungen und habe deshalb mir "nur" ein Hotel! Ausgesucht. Eine andere Adresse hätte ich nicht genommen! Aber in diesem Hotel in Düsseldorf in der Nähe Bhf Oststrasse hat alles SUPER geklappt. Sehr nette Dame sn der Rezeption. Die zwei Koffer wurden in einen separaten Raum gestellt und sa standen sie bei Abholung genauso unangetastet. Vielen Dank

The store was easy to find using the coordinates given. The arrival and handover of the suitcases was very uncomplicated. The people were super nice and helpful.
