The person who picked up my luggage did not speak English properly and it was difficult to understand her, she also did not ask for any QRs making it seem like it was left to luck. My luggage was made to leave me independently in a secluded area of the restaurant, where there were others, however, rather than having paid for a service with a guarantee it felt like I was asking a favor from a random place.
