“Fantastic place to store bags, the staff are very helpful. The actual location took us a short while to find but we were very tired from travelling & probably not paying attention ???? the other Google reviews helped us find where it was inside the creperie. Thank you for taking care of our bags!”K

“The facility was open to everyone. Anyone could have picked up my suitcase, but I was lucky. However, a few days later, I found out that my concerns were justified because someone had taken the wrong suitcase. I definitely won’t be using Radical Storage again.”M

“The staff were very helpfull and everything was fine with the luggage. The directions for the location aren't precise since the picture provided shows another location 3 doors down from our storage, but the owners directed us correctly around the corner.”K

“Very good experience with this location. It's a cafe called "just cafe" located in the tunnel under platform 5. The muslim ladies are kind and at check-in scan the QR code and take a picture of your luggage. When you pick it up they scan the code again, so I guess is a pretty safe. Highly recommended.”G

“I'm very satisfied with the service—everything went smoothly. The location itself was in the passageway between the platforms, so I had no trouble finding it. The service was fast when it came to dropping off and picking up my luggage, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it.”J

“Dobry pomysł na udostępnienie przestrzeni na przechowanie bagażu w restauracji ale powinno zostać lepiej oznaczone na google maps w jakim dokładnie lokalu znajduje się przechowalnia (naleśnikarnia)”M

“Reservations and communication with the staff were fine, but the directions could be more precise. For example, enter through the Dworzec Zachodni lobby, go down the stairs immediately, and the coat check is located in the underpass.”A
