Website was easy to follow and use, drop off experience was ok though the person behind the counter was on the phone to someone else the whole time so interaction was minimal. I left assuming/hoping my bag would be secure but wasn’t 100% confident this would be the case. Pickup went well a week later, person behind the counter was still on the phone, again interaction was minimal however I had my bag, it appeared untouched so I was happy.
