The basic service was provided, i.e., the luggage was stored and returned intact. However, the service is a little strange. When we came to drop off the luggage, the host told us to go out and come back in 5 minutes because he needed to finish writing in the hotel books (sic!). We waited, and 5 minutes later the guy spent just 15 seconds on us, without checking any QR codes or anything. This leads to the second remark - anybody could drop off or pick up any luggage; no tags or anything, just pure declaration and hope that bags aren't mixed up.

Unpleasant person on arrival pressuring me to come and collect my luggage at 7pm when I had booked a shift until 8.30pm due to lack of space. Do not accept reservations in such cases !!!! Don't irritate people unnecessarily who are paying for a service, not a favor! On the way back, the person, a young man, was courteous and didn't stress us out.

Personne peu agréable à l'arrivée me mettant la pression pour venir récupérer mes bagages à 19h alors que j'avais réservé une garde jusque 20h30 par manque de place. Ne pas accepter des réservations dans ces cas là !!!! Ne pas énerver les gens inutilement qui paient un service et non une faveur !! Au retour, la personne, un jeune, était courtois et ne nous a pas stressé. 

We booked online without any problems. The person at reception was not pleasant, and at baggage claim, no control, we could have taken any suitcase. There's very little security!

Nous avons réservé par internet sans aucun soucis. La personne qui était à l’accueil n’était pas agréable, et au retrait des valises, pas de contrôle, nous aurions  pu prendre n’importe quelle valise. C’est très peu sécurisé ! 

The location was good for Montparnasse station. Your luggage is left in the reception area, and does not appear to be put in a more secure area. There was only a piece of paper which I had to write my name on in pencil left with our 2 bags. When we got back there was a different bag with mine. We had to point out which our bags were. So I think it needs to be a bit more professional, and there should be a proper label attached to each bag with a reference number on that corresponds to the bookin

Very happy with this service! The reception was friendly and very helpful. Baggage was secured safely and we were able to drop and pick up the luggage very effectively. Great way to travel in Paris without luggage while waiting for check-in!
