Fast service close to the station. But the Mr wasn't very welcoming

Quick interaction. No particular hurdles even despite the contact person did not speak English

The storage was just a space in the middle of a store. Anyone could have accessed it. I didn't feel safe leaving my luggage there. The fact that the storage space would look like this (and the luggage would not be in a secure place, e.g. behind the payment counter) was not communicated beforehand/was not apparent from the display. App handling quite unwieldy. Wanted to leave a review after check-out. Function for this could not be found in the app.

Der Storage war lediglich ein Platz mitten in einem Geschäft. Jede Person hätte darauf zugriff gehabt. Habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt, mein Gepäck dort zu lassen. Dass der Storage Platz so aussehen würde (und das Gepäck nicht an einem gesicherten Ort, zB hinter der Bezahltheke, liegt) wurde vorher so nicht kommuniziert/wurde nicht ersichtlich aus der Anzeige. App-Handhabung recht unhandlich. Wollte nach dem Check-Out eine Bewertung hinterlassen. Funktion dafür konnte in der App nicht gefunden werden.
