Despite my booking being accepted the shop was not open which resulted in my husband and I booking an alternative storage shop. This was most inconvenient! When we spoke with the gentleman at the body fit shop next door they advised that the shop is usually open so couldn’t understand why it wasn’t. I tried calling the shop owner several times and left a voice mail but nobody got back in touch. Very bad service! I have asked for a refund.
