Easy to book on app. Yet store might not open on time if you book at 10am open time

The storage is in a lil store, the guy working there was nice and my luggage was safely returned to me :)

It was the first time I had left my luggage in this way. I expected a bit more security. I left the suitcase in the store, he asked me to take a picture of him. I asked him if he had to give me a receipt or something and he said no. At the time when I went for it, he told me to take it from the room where he had the rest of the luggage.
