“Everything was smooth and quick. It just feels odd that you do not get any recept after doping the bag off. So you have no proof that your bags are there.”S

“The service was great and much cheaper with respect to the "official" storage inside Palermo's train station (like 11€ vs 25€). The personnel was really kind and smiling, no missing items, no damage to the luggage!”J

“5 Stars is not enough. My girlfriend and I dropped of our baggage and payed 4 euro per bag instead of 5, since they where smaller. Compared to other stores, that is already way cheaper. When we then went back to pick up our bags, I noticed they sold screenprotection. I accidentally told them I had an IPhone 17 pro, instead of iPhone 15 pro. He then changed the glass he had just put on, without any additional charge.
Furthermore they also offers battery change for 40€ (iPhone 15 pro, not 17). Definetly having that next time I come by the store????????”N

“Small clothes store that will store your luggage in a back room. Easy to book via app, staff extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Easy drop-off and pick-up. Specially good if leaving from Teatro Massimo (right in front) or Politeama (8min Walk). Very recommended if you can't store your luggage at the hotel and leave after 15:30 (closed for 2 hours in the afternoon until 15:30). First time I used this service and would do it again.”M
