On our last day of holiday we had a few hours to kill before the flight home and decided to visit Ostuni. We found this service and it was excellent. Super easy to find, super easy to use for drop off and collection and made the last day so effortless. Staff at the bar were really helpful and efficient and would 100% use again. 6 euros to leave our case for the day so we could continue exploring was such great value in my opinionH

Everything was perfect: the opening hours, the location (it was 3mn from my room :), the kindness of the staff.
The only problem I had was on the website.
When i reached the payment page, it didn’t work even if i tried several times, nothing appeared on the page. The online help was nice but a bit slow (I received the answer too late, and it said to change browser which I had done).
So I had to download the App. Then it worked but I lost a promotion i had. But that’s all right :)M

Very good location. In the train station itself (station bar). They sold us the ticket for the bus that takes you to the historic center, both for the outward and return, at half the price of what they charge you on the bus. Super nice staff. 100% reliable.C

Very relaxed & friendly staff at the bar, which is located at platform 1. Booking online in advance was simple & fast, I received a confirmation email with code straight after the booking was completed. A quick scan of the QR code at the bar and we could leave our suitcases and bags, we bought bus tickets and off we went. When we came back another colleague scanned the QR code again and gave our luggage back. We bought even train tickets at the counter and then we went straight to the platform!S

Radical storage in Ostuni is according to google maps located in different place. So we walked 500m there and 500m back to train station for nothing...in the hot weather. The lady told us that the storage is located on train station in bar La Stazione, which was true. Otherwise we have good experience with this storage place.P
