my first experience with Radical Storage and it was a good one. No problems. The gentlemen running the franchise was very helpful, AND fortunately for me, he also spoke English. Radical Storage is really close to the Girona train/bus station, but a wire fence has been installed on the bus parking lot, and Google Maps doesn't seem to account for it (yet). It's super easy to find the second time when you're picking up your luggage.M

Daniella was lovely, gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our luggage check in. This is a great location in a modern, quiet coworking space. We were offered water and coffee, and even found a quiet place to sit and rest while we waited for our Airbnb check in nearby. The location entrance is a little tricky to find, and there are 10-12 steps to navigate before reaching the elevator to the fifth floor. But overall this was a great experience. Much better than the Radical Storage location at the Brindisi train station, which is where we originally booked. When we arrived at that location earlier that morning, we were told they could not accept any luggage that day due to construction on the building, even though we had a reservation. We should have booked at the City Center location from the start!S
