Everything went very smoothly. The person who handled the luggage was very helpful and attentive. I recommend it.

Ocorreu tudo muito bem. A pessoa que recebeu as bagagens foi muito solicita e atenciosa. Recomendo.

It was a very hot day and the people that helped us couldn't have been nicer. The experience was wonderful and we look forward to using this service again the next time we are in the city.

Staff was responsive the moment I stepped into the store. They secured luggage in a back room, and scanned the code on dropoff AND pickup — which felt extra secure. Much appreciated!

Friendly and helpful staff, secure storage, the location was open and easily accessible.

Not at all friendly and he said my reservation wasn't right.

Nada simpático e dizia que a minha reserva não estava bem.
