I left my luggage in Nazaré with this wonderful lady, and she welcomed me with incredible kindness, warmth, and generosity. She didn’t even want to accept any payment — she simply made me feel like a friend, not just a traveler.
Nazaré is famous for its powerful waves and beautiful ocean views, but what made my experience truly special was the kindness of its people. I felt genuine warmth and hospitality everywhere.

The storage location is perfect and the lady in the shop was very pleasant. However, the link for directions is incorrect on the booking so don’t follow that as it takes you away from the shop which is located beside the beach. It’s also a clothes/gift shop, just in case you were looking for a facility that looked like a locker facility (as we did!).R

João was so accommodating and helpful. Our luggage was safe and secure in the back of his shop while we explored before checking into our air bnb. We walked there from the bus station so it was an easy location to get to. Just don't follow the email link directions, look up the address or the name of the store. João is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Thank you for the great experience.M
