The shop keeper is very nice. Look for the app sticker in the window. There's a 29 on the wall next to the shop. Show your QR code from the app when you drop off and pick up.     Location incredibly easy to find and to get to, within easy walking distance of the main metro, train and bus lines in the centre. The staff are welcoming and very thorough in providing you with the few but useful pieces of information you need to leave your luggage in their care. You will be given an elastic label with a number to put on your suitcase and a paper tag with the same number for reference at reception. Once you have taken the lift to the bar floor, the staff will open it for you with their key so that you can leave your luggage in a room with many shelves, and it is there that you will return at the appointed time to collect it.     Was easy to make and pay for the reservation online. The location was about a 15 minute easy flat walk from our cruise ship and the staff were very nice and helpful. The luggage storage option allowed us to see Trieste throughout the day and leave via train in the evening.
