The experience got off to a bad start, the depot I had chosen was unmanned, I could not get in and no one answered. I contacted support and they directed me to this depot one civic street away (really a stone's throw away). This one, on the other hand, was manned, I checked in in a jiffy,the staff courteous and efficient. The pickup, a piece of cake.  Kudos to both the depot and the support team!

L'esperienza è iniziata male, il deposito che avevo scelto non era presidiato, non riuscivo ad accedere e non rispondeva nessuno. Ho contattato il supporto e mi hanno indirizzato a questo deposito a un civico di distanza (veramente a due passi). Questo, invece, era presidiato, ho fatto check-in in un baleno,il personale gentilissimo ed efficace. Il ritiro, una passeggiata.  Complimenti sia al deposito che al team di supporto!
