The entrance is just to the right of the (also highly recommended) café-bar ‘México’. You stand at the front door on the ground floor – you check in via WhatsApp – and the door is opened. You then drop off your luggage on the second floor. A very helpful and friendly person (Kemir) gives you plenty of useful tips on what to do in Naples and how to make the most of your time.
