The storage was difficult to find. From the message I received was missing some code we would have needed to enter and there wasn't any phone number we could have contacted. After we found the location all was fine. We messaged 15 minutes before we went to reclaim our luggage and that went with no problem.

The man was Super helpful and polite and always super smiley. We disturbed him 4 times having to come and go to pick up things etc and he had no issue in helping us out. I suggest 1000%
