All was good except that I would have liked our bags to be stored in a climate controlled area. There were in an outdoor locked storage area.

Our experience couldn’t have been better! The staff that assisted us was friendly efficient and helpful!

Our Angel was friendly efficient and conveniently located. It took less than a couple of minutes to drop off and pick up our safely secured luggage. It couldn’t have gone better. We were boarding cruise ship later in the day, this service allowed us to roam about South Beach unencumbered by our luggage.
