Bags are stored safely in a small store, and mine was returned without any issues. However, when I picked it up, I bought a small bottle of water in the store. I was very tired after a long day in Melbourne and a night flight, and I ended up being charged $56 instead of $5. I was very disappointed when I noticed it on my credit card statement the next day.
