The place is very simple, it's also a hostel, it was very safe and there were no problems with drop off or pick up! But it's worth going directly to the place and leaving your bags with the local staff and not through the app because the app is much more expensive ...

Excellent service. Booked in online using the app. Dropped our bags off, where they were photographed and scanned in. Scanned out on collection. All good.

Amazing service and helpful. We had no issues going there. They did mention they'd be closed between 3 pm - 5 pm to set up for dinner but that was no issue for us! It was a great spot to store luggage.

I left my bags here near London Bridge and everything was great. It's literally right next to the station exit, super easy to find. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and confortable. You can easily book online, and the prices are very competitive, ideal if you're heading to or from the airport. highly recommended :)
